FAQ

How does this work?

Choose which service you are interested in on our website and fill in your details. A quick guide to illustrate the ordering process is available. Once your order is received, it will be assigned to one of our expert teams and you will be contacted to begin service. Wait times vary with queue length but generally within 24 hours.

How and When will I be contacted after placing my order?

Our teams will contact you both before and after your service to coordinate details. We prefer text message but will also email if needed at the number or address provided on your order. When we play for you, often a security code is required which will be the first point of contact after order confirmation. Sometimes there are cross ups in email info or text reception, in this case the best way to contact us is via chat or email on the website.

How long until you start my order?

We operate on a first come, first served basis. We offer Priority and VIP service in case you need your order done sooner. It is difficult to give an exact time but we guarantee all orders placed before 1pm EST on Sunday to be complete before reset. We will often be able to complete orders placed after that cutoff but can not offer a guarantee as such.

Is this legit? How do I know this isn't a scam?

We are a fully licensed and registered business in our home state. The best way to get comfortable with our service is to read the reviews of others. If still wary, a play with order is often a good way to get to know us a bit better. We take customer satisfaction and service very seriously and will do anything we can to ensure a quality experience.

Do you guarantee all services?

We guarantee all services that we provide, including flawless trials and heroic Raids with challenge. Custom orders and special cases are subject to revision but will be clearly communicated in advance.

Will the people on my account delete/infuse/alter my items or characters?

We have a strict no alteration policy for all of our teams. In some cases it is necessary to make some gear or specialization changes in which case we will ask for your express consent before doing so.

Can I go Flawless or run Raids more than once?

Each character can only receive the rewards from Trials and each Raid once per week (resets early AM on Tuesdays EST). This means that you can do each Raid or Flawless Trials one time per week, per character for full rewards.

Are you running this weekend?

We are always running! Our typical hours are 10am-10pm EST but we vary slightly depending on demand. Message us on our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or email and we will get back to you ASAP!

What are BDC Credits and how do I use them?

BDC Credits are our loyalty rewards points. They are earned by placing orders on our store and are redeemed via the white button labeled "BDC Credits Rewards" in the bottom right of the page. On mobile, this button may be collapsed into a white circle with a "+" that will expand when clicked.

Upon redemption you will receive a unique one time use coupon code which must be entered in the "Discount" field at checkout. Only one coupon code may be used per order.

How can I apply to work with you?

Submit an application to support@bestdestinycarries.com. Give detailed information, gamer tag, age, console, time zone, hours of availability, role you are applying for. If for trials include your K/D and Elo. Introduce yourself and tell us why you think you would be a good fit with us.
